Begin the 2026 Target Gender Equality Accelerator journey with the cohort launch and onboarding breakfast.
The session will formally welcome participating companies to the six-month accelerator and provide a clear overview of the programme journey, including the learning structure, expectations, key milestones, and expected deliverables.
Participants will also have an opportunity to connect with fellow cohort organizations, the Global Compact Network Kenya team, and programme sponsors ahead of the peer-learning sessions.
The Target Gender Equality Accelerator supports companies to translate gender equality commitments into practical action across the workplace, marketplace, and wider community, with guidance aligned to the Women’s Empowerment Principles and Sustainable Development Goals 5 and 8.
