About The Event

In recognition of the effects of corruption in undermining economic growth, weakening institutions and increasing the cost of doing business, Global Compact Network Kenya , in partnership with the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC), is this Friday set to officially launch the Corruption Risk Assessment and Management Guidelines.

The initiative marks a significant milestone in the country’s ongoing efforts to strengthen institutional integrity and promote ethical business practices across all sectors.

The Guidelines have been developed in accordance with Section 9(3) of the Anti-Bribery Act (Cap 79B), which mandates the EACC to assist public entities, private entities and any interested person to develop and put in place procedures for prevention of bribery and corruption.

They offer a practical framework for organizations to proactively identify, assess, and manage corruption risks within their operations.

The initiative underscores the role of collaboration between government institutions and the private sector in advancing the national integrity agenda.
