About The Event
Global Compact Network Kenya will convene the GABI Kenya Watch Party, a local activation alongside the Global Africa Business Initiative’s Unstoppable Africa 2026 convening in New York.
The event will bring together business leaders, technology actors, financial institutions, universities, innovation hubs, regulators, sustainability professionals and development partners to explore how Africa can move beyond adopting artificial intelligence to creating responsible, inclusive and locally relevant digital solutions that generate value within African economies.
Under the theme Responsible AI and Digital Value Creation, the programme will examine key issues shaping Africa’s digital transformation, including responsible innovation, governance, data protection, skills, inclusion and digital trust.
The event will feature a Kenya-focused panel discussion, networking and a live connection to the GABI conversation in New York, followed by reflections on what the continental agenda means for Kenya’s private sector and the practical actions businesses can take to advance responsible digital transformation.
The session is designed to connect the global conversation to Kenya’s business context, creating space for exchange, practical insights and collaboration around the future of Africa’s digital economy.
Attendance is to a closed group of invited Participant organizations.
